Technical Assistance for the design of Port Security Plans established by the PBIP/ISPS standard of the IMO/IMO in the Ports of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Santa Cruz de la Palma, La Gomera and Los Cristianos. Study of risks, threats and vulnerabilities in each Port. Proposal of solutions.

Preparation of the PECMAR - Specific Plan for Accidental Marine Pollution in the Canary Islands, for the Department of the Environment and Territorial Planning of the Government of the Canary Islands. Coordination with the Canary Islands general Maritime Emergency Response Plan, and with the Canary Islands 112 Service.

Technical assistance for the Audit of the implementation of the 112 Asturias Service. Evaluation of maritime safety and rescue structures and protection of the marine environment. Recommendations for improvement of public search and rescue services.

Study of the maritime competences of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country. Legal, strategic and operational studies of legal competences, with the aim of laying the foundations for a more efficient regional system for dealing with emergencies and protecting the marine environment.
